Il Papiro 16th Century Style Journal

or 4 interest-free payments of $85.00
Il Papiro was founded in 1976 by Gianni Parenti and Francesco Giannini. They started the company because they loved the traditional hand-crafts and wanted to keep these skills alive. Each piece is individually hand made in Il Paprio's workshop outside of Florence. Each component and stage is undertaken by highly specialised craftspeople who focus on one particular aspect (for example; bookbinding, embossing, marbling, printing etc.)

Il Papiro's journals are bound using a very high quality paper which is 'water marked' with the Il Papiro logo (the Iris, the flower of Florence). The paper is of such exceptional quality that it absorbs Fountain or Ink pens perfectly without 'feathering' and can be written on both sides. All journals, albums and address books are stitch bound, allowing you to open them flat and are designed to be used for years.

All papers are acid free and are ideal for Photo Albums.
