DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES

Australian Sales Only

We only sell products within Australia, and will not ship outside of Australia.

Hunt Leather will deliver free of charge to any location within Australia.

Once the order and stock availability have been confirmed, items will be shipped within 2 business days and should be delivered in approximately 5 business days, unless being sent to remote parts of Australia such as NT. Parcels to WA can take between 4-9 business days to be delivered.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We are happy to arrange for overnight delivery via TNT.  This option will entail a charge which is calculated according to delivery address during checkout.  Orders must be placed by 3pm Sydney time.  This option is only available for physical addresses, not PO boxes, and someone must be present for the delivery to be effected.  

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

All orders made on the Hunt Leather website are sent as registered mail using Australia Post’s Registered Post E-Parcel Service. Each parcel has a tracking number and this is emailed to the customer once the items have been dispatched.

If you have chosen TNT express delivery, we email you the tracking details from TNT as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

 

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

All products purchased from the Hunt Leather website may be exchanged for a store credit or a refund with proof of purchase. This is provided that the goods are returned within two weeks of purchase, have not been used and are in their original packaging.

Exchanges will be accepted via courier or post, at the expense of the customer.  We would always recommend that the returns are insured and registered.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For more information please contact out Hunt Leather consultant.
