A unisex brand which is exclusive to Hunt Leather

Philipp Bree is the son of the acclaimed German bag dynasty, BREE (a label Hunt Leather imported in the 1980’s). Phillipp Bree, has now re-introduced the label with a contemporary twist – called PB 0110. Each bag fuses the precision of the experienced European craftsmanship and clean minimalist line. The collection is co-designed by European designers; Ayzit Bostan, Christine Ahrens and Christian Metzner. The fittings are designed by Freiderike Daumiller.

Every hide is hand-selected and pure vegetable tanned. Philipp Bree sources the hides from one of Europe's most renowned tanneries. Based in Wallonia, Belgium, the company has been specialising in the vegetable tanning of top quality cowhide since 1873. The material-friendly process retains the natural surface structure of the hide, producing leather that is supple to the touch, with that distinctive aromatic fragrance. Only some ten percent of all leather worldwide is vegetable tanned, which is why natural leather is so highly value and treasured.

Each bag is lined with fine suede calfskin, which comes from a specialist workshop in Poland that has been manufacturing fine split leather for over 150 Years.

Care:
PB 0110 bags are extremely long-lived and with a little extra care yo can enjoy your favourite piece even longer. Marks or stains on natural leather can be removed with a soft eraser, a leather lotion or leather preserver. First, though, please ensure that you test your chosen cleaning process on a less visible area.
